Any suggestions on how to remove a small pea-sized bump under new linoleum flooring without damaging flooring? - installing a new floor in a small aluminum boat

I recently installed a new sheet of linoleum in a small room with toilet. After the drive from them all around the edge seal, replacing a toilet and sink, etc., I discovered a piece size of a pea between the tub and vanity in the middle of the floor. I hate the idea of breaking the whole floor. (The plant was set about 2 weeks out of service.)
