My Dishwasher keeps leaving food bits on items in top shelf - HELP!? - buy bosch dishwasher

I have a Bosch dishwasher, over 3 years. In the last month or so, when I noticed that the cycle is completed, parts of the upper platform (mainly vessels) are left with various radicals. I have tried to clean the filter and start the dishwasher, also bought commercial cleaners without success. It also happens that some elements of the lower shelf from time to time. Suggestions?
